I had my 1st appointment with Dr. Liu and it was absolutely awful! I was in excruciating pain with an infected root canal and he had no sympathy. I am a nurse I asked him how the numbing pain would be for the procedure he told me it wouldn’t hurt that much. To put you in perspective I had been crying with tooth pain for 3 days. I maxed out the dosage of tylenol and ibuprofen my tooth pain was so bad and I was also taking tramadol with also wasn’t touching the pain. He told me I had to get it done and I could not be put under anesthesia since we had to coordinate dates and times with him me and the anesthesiologist. So I agreed to get out of pain not realizing how bad the numbing hurt. I am a nurse and I literally started screaming and kicking like a toddler I was in so much pain when he put the numbing. I have a child and no pain compared to that. He had NO SYMPATHY! He never talked to me through the procedure! Absolutely horrible bedside manner! He gave me laughing gas which didn’t touch my pain of course. After a couple days he reached out to see how I was doing. I told him that was the worst pain of my life and I would never do that to someone’s child! He told me it was because of how acute the pain was. I told him I did not want him doing my teeth again and I wanted to book an apt with the anesthesiologist. He tried talking me out of it and I repeated again I do not want him touching my teeth. Then he preceded to say and I quote, MD stated, “ well if you are put to sleep you won’t know who is doing your teeth.” This man is horrible! Fast forward to today I had Dr. Hanzon he was incredible. He knew I was nervous with my previous experience. He had amazing bedside manner listen to my concerns and was very gentle with my teeth 10/10 would recommend Dr. Hanzon! If you want someone gentle he is your guy.

I am giving a 5 star review because this clinic is extremely professional in regards of treating their patients. However, there wasn't a call back the next day as indicated by the doctor at the time of treatment. Everything went well though without any complications after. Thanks to Dr. Hanzon and team for their abundant patienc and professionalism.
