For a root canal it was a very good experience. Dr. Liu was very patient and thorough. The procedure was not excessively drawn out yet he took his time to examine the canal under a microscope to assess the state of the tooth. The dental assistant was new and I was very impressed with her professionalism and efficiency. The lady training her was very patient and thorough in explaining the steps that were necessary and the young woman was receptive to the instructions. It seemed to be a good working team which gave me confidence in their skills. Dr. Liu explained things well to me and, overall it was as positive an experience as a root canal can get.

Dr. Hanzen and his staff are exceptional. The office is esthetically pleasing with a spa feel to it and always smells divine. The views from the dental chairs are phenomenal. But most importantly I felt welcomed and completely comfortable in their care. I finished my root canal about 3 hours ago and my mouth still numb. My dentist, Dr Seif, referred me there for a cracked tooth. I'll be honest, I was extremely anxious about having to get a root canal! The staff, and Doctor were great and put me at ease by answering every question and then some. I had a phone conversation with the receptionist before my visit about my treatment plan, what my insurance would and would not cover and what my costs would likely be. There weren't any surprises about the cost for this procedure and that, by itself, was a relief. I have major anxiety issues and have had some previous, bad experiences at other dentists. I was so glad that I was referred there, and I'd recommend them to anyone else. I can't thank them enough!
