My dentist, Dr Seif, referred me there for a cracked tooth. I'll be honest, I was extremely anxious about having to get a root canal! The staff, and Doctor were great and put me at ease by answering every question and then some. I had a phone conversation with the receptionist before my visit about my treatment plan, what my insurance would and would not cover and what my costs would likely be. There weren't any surprises about the cost for this procedure and that, by itself, was a relief. I have major anxiety issues and have had some previous, bad experiences at other dentists. I was so glad that I was referred there, and I'd recommend them to anyone else. I can't thank them enough!

If I could give Dr. Garala 100 stars, I would! As someone who works in dentistry, I can wholeheartedly say he’s an amazing endodontist! I had to have a prior root canal retreated. At times it was terribly uncomfortable and I could feel pressure up to my nose. The second I walked out of Dr. Garala’s office and the anesthetic wore off, I had immediate relief! 6 months post op and I have practically forgotten that the tooth ever gave me a problem. I really appreciate Dr. Garala and his team! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and kind and the assistants are very professional and top notch! I cannot recommend Dr. Garala enough! The office is beautiful and light filled. The staff are welcoming and the whole experience was calming and comforting. The doctor explained everything he would do as well as his concerns. The whole procedure was pain free and I was able to relax. post procedure I have tried to rest and have little pain. The color scheme was particularly calming.

It went from me getting some work done that day and only missing one more day of work to me getting no work done and having to miss three days of work because they couldn't be patient and trusting enough that my direct deposit was going to hit my account....which it did. Had they done what they said they were going to do when I came into the office, the deposit would have hit my account before I left the office. Stay away from those money hungry crooks. I found a better endodontist.
