I was terrified as it was my 1st root canal and him and his assistant made me very comfortable and explained everything, and when the calcified area caused pain, he stopped and added more numbing medicine. This was my first visit to MCE and Dr. Liu. I was apprehensive because I knew I would have to have a root canal in a tooth that had been treated (only one root) crowned by a dentist over 25 years ago. Dr. Lou’s assistant was wonderful. After x-rays and history were taken, I was given treatment. It was painless; I was so relaxed, I took a nap through the procedure. All of the office staff was very kind, considerate, and helpful. Thank you for giving me a positive experience.

Dr. Hanzon is awesome. I had a root canal that had been done by a different dentist. He didn't remove all the roots and it got infected. Dr. Hanzon cleaned it out properly. I was dealing with an excruciatingly painful toothache. I am glad I found this place because it was an instant relief. I called to schedule an appointment, and was able to get the appointment and the root canal procedure done the same day! I have a bridge and the Dr. was able to do the filling in as well. They get straight to it, no BS like other places I've been to that are trying to milk your money. The whole experience here was amazing from the beginning. Staff are very professional, the procedure itself was not painful at all. Today is four days after the procedure and I never got any 'after pain'. The toothache is all gone. These people are GOD SENT!!!! I was treated by Dr. Ansari and he was great, knowledgeable, very professional and awesome. Highly recommend this place. Highly recommend Dr. Ansari, I am sure the other doctors are great as well. You most definitely get your money's worth. I will never hesitate to refer someone to this office.

I enjoyed my visit at Medical Center Endodontics in Baytown. When you walk into the office you feel comfortable. The receptionist and the Dental Assistants are friendly and helpful. Dr Liu is a jewel. He is patient and kind. He works with you to find out the tooth that is causing the pain. He explain the procedure of a Root Canal. He make sure you understand what he will do. It make you feel comfortable during the Root Canal . During the procedure Dr Liu will ask are you okay. He will ask do you have any questions after the procedure. You leave the office with instructions on how to take care of your mouth afterwards. You also leave the office knowing you were cared for in a special way.
