Dr Jeffrey Hanzon was terrific! He had to fix a root canal that was previously done by another endodontist but then had problems. He is very knowledgeable and showed me the X-rays explaining what happened and answered all of my questions. The other endodontist’s solution was to do a root canal on a neighboring tooth! So I was grateful to run into Dr Hanzon - he had many more years of experience than my previous endodontist! Also the office staff is excellent and very communicative! Immediately text responses to my questions.

Dr Hanzon and his staff get a 5 Star PLUS for his continued care for me. Grinding and clenching brought me to this office for the first time for a root canal, and it was Dr Hanzon who rescued me yet again!! Professional, Painless, Patient, Personable is the hallmark of his care for the patient. His chair side staff, technicians, and receptionists work together like a fine orchestra! I have now practiced dentistry for now 50 years , I know great dentistry when I see it and especially experience it first hand!Dr Hanzon is IT !! I strongly recommend him and their office! I have worked 42 continuous years in my dental hygiene profession and worked for many dentists due to military transfers. I can tell you from my recent personal experience that Dr Hanzon was very competent , talented and comforting to me as I have heard he was from those o who fear getting root canals. He was painless and talked me through the whole experience. This was my first root canal and I highly recommend him. Just as I heard from many of my professional associates... HAVE NO FEAR! It is better to treat a tooth in trouble if it can be saved in the long run. Additionally, both his chairside assistants and front desk were awesome and welcoming as well!! Worst company ever! They sent false prior authorization to the insurance company and once they billed it it wasn’t covered so you will come out of pocket for costs that were supposed to be authorized prior to proceeding! The front desk staff is unprofessional as well when trying to call about the issues.

Worst company ever!! They will send a false prior authorization to your insurance and bill it differently to your insurance so they won’t cover it so you come out of pocket for uncovered procedures. The staff is highly unprofessional when trying to get the information out of them.

Had a root canal done and was a little anxious about my appointment, but Dr Garala explained everything step-by-step, made sure I was completely numb and comfortable, and the procedure itself was painless and no pain afterwards. Dr. Garala took the time to show me my X-ray, explain why I needed the treatment, and answer my questions. During the procedure I felt no pain-just a little pressure and he continually checked to make sure that I was comfortable. Post-op instructions were clear and my recovery has been smooth only a little soreness. I recommend Dr.Garala for anyone needing endodontic care.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel! I was very anxious because I’ve never had a root canal before, but Dr. Patel explained the procedure, and reassured me there wouldn’t be any pain. He was right! I think the little pokes of Novocaine were probably the worst part?! Not bad at all! The office staff was very friendly and informative. I know where I’m going if I ever need another root canal!!
