Dr. Garala is really wonderful person with highly recognized professionalism. However, the admin team are unprofessional and dishonest. They just sent a pending $190 payment to a collection agency however last time they told me let us check with our insurance specialist and back to you. It is missing premium from my employer that could has been fixed in the same month or the second, but their office sent me the letter after 6 months when I was between jobs and no way to fix it. It was and still their mistake but they kept playing games and claiming that they sent many letters by mail. Never! And even they refused to use email as a communication method till now. Such awful team that forced me to pay in a very nasty way and above all they will not let me see Dr. Garal in the future. Smart move!

Dr. Garala is simply awesome. Went in with a referral from my general dentist, I was seen the same day and Dr. Garala diagnosed the source and completed the root canal procedure in the same sitting without any pain. He explained everything step by step as we went through the procedure, which I greatly appreciated and was very gentle and sensitive to causing any discomfort. It is day after the procedure and it feels like I never had the toothache. None of the horror stories and eye rolling sympathies everyone had told me. I think I have met the best orthodontist in town.

I went through a weekend of agony with an abscessed tooth and Monday morning when I called my dentist they were able to send me strait here. Best, most caring staff anyone could ask for in such a situation. Dr Hendzon took care of it right away and was willing to help me through any post op care I might need. He even told me that, were it to happen again he would come in on a weekend so I didn't go through that again! Above and beyond care that is to be trusted.

I had a root canal done here by Dr. Fatayer and he was so incredibly nice. He made me feel very comfortable. I was having bad pain and he even offered to squeeze me in at anytime of the day if it got really severe. The ladies who work the front desk are very caring and so nice. They call and check on you after you've had your work done and make sure you're okay. If I ever have to have another procedure like this done again I will definitely be coming back here!

As much as people hate to go to the dentist, and I am definitely one of them, Dr. Garala makes this experience as pain free as possible. He has done several procedures on me, and like the other patients have stated, he keeps you informed every step of the way. He is very thorough, and has a wonderful chair side manner. Some doctors and other dentists could take a few lessons from him. I recommend this practice highly. His staff, from the front office, to the hygienists, are also wonderful and caring.

Simply put, Dr. Fatayer and the entire staff at Medical Center Endodontics of Houston are extraordinary. Every aspect of the experience was beyond satisfactory. I do not know anyone who enjoys getting dental work done but when it is necessary, you’ll want to let the professional, efficient, and friendly staff at Medical Center Endodontics do what must be done. I especially liked how Dr. Fatayer took extra measures to explain everything in detail and confirm my understanding (I certainly do not get enough of that elsewhere).
