The staff were very friendly and professional but not cold professional. During the procedure they were very kind. Dr. Garala is the best, he was very kind and gentle, even though as Dr. Garala said, "my tooth was fighting back, but he was going to win." Yeah we won! Dr. Garala is my hero. They even followed up the next morning to check on me and that means a lot because many Dr's don't follow up anymore. Thank you all so much, I truly appreciate you. A flawless experience from my call to make an appointment to the end of the procedure. Got an appointment within two days, did paperwork online ahead of time, parking was easy, was taken right on time. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Dr. Ansari and his assistant Anitra were great, tested to make sure I really did need a root canal, explained the why and then what would happen. Got everything done that morning, with an absolute minimum of discomfort. Even the fee was less than I expected. I would heartily recommend this group and if I ever need a procedure like this again I will definitely go to them.

One of the most positive experiences I've ever had at a doctor or dentist office! Dr. Garala and his entire staff were amazing. I have very high anxiety just thinking about a root canal. Dr. Garala explained every step of the process as it was happening and made sure I was comfortable. He also said I would not need anything stronger than Advil or Tylenol afterwards and he was correct. I was shocked at how easy it was to recover.

I was really impressed by the efficiency and communication by the staff and Dr. Garala. This visit was as a result of an emergency. The staff called me at the time Dr. Garala said they would for my add-on appointment. The office was clean and well decorated. Dr. Garala was very attentive to making sure I understood all test results, treatment plans and made sure I had all my questions answered without rushing me. His assistant also reinforced directions of my care and again made sure all my questions were answered. I was pleased with this first visit.
