Dr. Garala and his entire staff were amazing. I have very high anxiety just thinking about a root canal. Dr. Garala explained every step of the process as it was happening and made sure I was comfortable. He also said I would not need anything stronger than Advil or Tylenol afterwards and he was correct. I was shocked at how easy it was to recover.

I was really impressed by the efficiency and communication by the staff and Dr. Garala. This visit was as a result of an emergency. The staff called me at the time Dr. Garala said they would for my add-on appointment. The office was clean and well decorated. Dr. Garala was very attentive to making sure I understood all test results, treatment plans and made sure I had all my questions answered without rushing me. His assistant also reinforced directions of my care and again made sure all my questions were answered. I was pleased with this first visit.

Dr. Garala is really wonderful person with highly recognized professionalism. However, the admin team are unprofessional and dishonest. They just sent a pending $190 payment to a collection agency however last time they told me let us check with our insurance specialist and back to you. It is missing premium from my employer that could has been fixed in the same month or the second, but their office sent me the letter after 6 months when I was between jobs and no way to fix it. It was and still their mistake but they kept playing games and claiming that they sent many letters by mail. Never! And even they refused to use email as a communication method till now. Such awful team that forced me to pay in a very nasty way and above all they will not let me see Dr. Garal in the future. Smart move!
